1. DEFINING ELEMENTS
The general terms and conditions set out below will apply to all sales of goods and services offered by ALASKAN GLOBAL NETWORK S.R.L. ('alaskan.ro') through the virtual store www.alaskan.ro to the Buyer and may be changed at any time by ROMDIST PACKAGING without prior notice.
Thus, the following terms will mean:
Buyer - the individual / legal entity or other legal entity issuing an Order.
Seller - the trading company ALASKAN GLOBAL NETWORK S.R.L., having its registered office in Bucharest, Bd. Basarabia Nr.256G Bd., Bureau 7.1B, Et.7, 030352, Sector 3, no. of registration at the Trade Register: J40 / 6938/2016, CIF 36086038.
Goods and Services - any product or service, including the documents and services mentioned in the Purchase Order, to be provided by Seller, Buyer.
Order - An electronic document through which the Seller agrees to deliver the Goods and Services and the Buyer agrees to receive these Goods and Services and make their payment.
Contract - an order confirmed by Seller.
Specifications - all specifications and / or descriptions of Goods and Services as specified in the Order.
2. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
By making an Electronic or Phone Order on the alaskan.ro website, the Buyer agrees with the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which the Seller carries out its operations.
The order will be composed of the following documents, in order of importance:
a. Order (together with clear delivery and billing details) and its specific conditions
b. The Buyer's Specifications (where applicable)
c. Terms and Conditions
The moment the Order was confirmed by the Buyer implies full acceptance of the terms of the Order.
Acceptance of the Order by the Seller is considered to be completed when there is a verbal (telephone) confirmation or
electronic (e-mail) from the Seller to the Buyer, without requiring a receipt from the Seller.
The seller will not at any time consider an order unconfirmed by the Buyer as having the value of a Contract.
Confirmation of the Order is made by phone or electronic (e-mail).
Commodity prices are valid for 2 business days from the order date.
The general terms and conditions of sale will be the basis of the Contract so concluded.
3. EXTENSION OF SELLER OBLIGATIONS
The seller will use his professional and technical knowledge to deliver the Goods and Services that he has
meet Buyer's requirements, needs and specifications;

6. PENALTY TERMS
Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer if the delivery and / or starting dates can not be met
Order, by the estimated order completion time. Buyer will be entitled to claim damages
additional from the Seller, when permitted by law, in the event of total or partial non-fulfillment by the Seller a
performance of the Contract in accordance with the deadlines set.
If the Buyer is late in paying the goods or services within the period provided in the invoice issued by
Seller, is liable to pay a penalty of 0.01% per day of the amount due.
If the Seller receives erroneous information about the billing or delivery of the products,
a new order term will be set, which will be within 3 business days.
7. INVOICING - PAYMENT
The prices of products and services displayed on www.alaskan.ro are not subject to T.V.A. because the company is not paying for T.V.A.
The price, payment method and payment term are specified in the Order. Seller will issue a Buyer invoice
for the Goods and Services delivered, the Buyer's obligation to provide all the correct information required
issuing the invoice according to the legislation in force.
8. RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Delivery
The Seller undertakes to dispatch the Goods and Services in a courier service to the Buyer, according to the Client's option.
9. ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance will be made when the Goods and Services conform to the technical characteristics mentioned in the Order.
If the Buyer discovers that the Deliverables or the Services provided do not comply with the technical specifications,
then the Seller will bring the Products and Services into compliance. Also for products and services sold and delivered by
ALASKAN GLOBAL NETWORK The buyer benefits from the return of the products in 30 days.
10. TRANSFER OF PROPERTY
Property on the Goods and Services will be transferred upon delivery, after the Buyer has made the payment
at the location indicated in the order (understood by delivery - receipt of the transport document provided by courier
or signing receipt on the tax invoice for deliveries made by Seller's staff). In case of delivery
by courier, it is not authorized by the Seller to allow the Buyer to open parcels before
signature of delivery, but only after signing the delivery and payment of the possible counter value of them.
11. RASPUNDERE
The seller can not be held responsible for damages of any kind that the Buyer or any third party may suffer as
the result of Seller's fulfillment of any of its obligations under the Order and for resulting damages
of the use of Goods and Services after delivery and especially for product loss.
The Seller will be liable if the sub-contractors and / or its partners of any kind involved in the execution

12. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and
the free movement of these data, modified and completed, alaskan.ro has the obligation to administer safely
and only for the purposes specified, the personal data you provide to us.
The purpose of data collection is to inform users / customers (buyers) about the situation of their account on
alaskan.ro, informing users / clients about the evolution and status of orders, evaluation of products and services
offered, commercial activities, promotion of products and services, marketing, advertising, media, administrative,
development, market research, statistics, tracking and sales monitoring and consumer behavior.
By filling in your data in the account creation form and / or the Order you declare that you accept unconditionally your data

namely the right to information, the right of access to data, the right to intervene, the right of opposition, the right to
not be subjected to an individual decision, the right to appeal to justice in case of violation of its guaranteed rights
by Law 677/2001 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and Free Movement
of these data. At the same time, you have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data and to request total erasure
or part of them.

Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-performance
is due to a major force event. Major force is the unpredictable event, beyond the control of the parties

15. APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION
This contract is subject to Roman law. Any disputes between alaskan.ro (ALASKAN GLOBAL NETWORK S.R.L ..)
and users / customers / buyers will settle amicably or, if this is not possible,
litigations will be settled by the competent courts of the Romanian territory.
